1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During festivals, promotions, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
2. Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times are:
- Within Andhra Pradesh & Telangana: 2–5 Business Days
- Rest of India: 4–8 Business Days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier partner, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where available), allowing you to monitor your shipment.
5. Delivery Address
- Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate.
- Manna Naturals is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

- Remote delivery locations
Manna Naturals is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
7. Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your Order ID
- Photos of the package
- Photos of the damaged product (if applicable)
After verification, we will assist you with an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
