1. No Return Policy
We do not accept returns on any products once they have been delivered.
As our soaps and shampoos are personal care products, returns are not accepted to ensure the safety and hygiene of all our customers.
2. No Refund Policy
All sales are final.
We do not provide refunds for:
- Change of mind.
- Personal preference regarding fragrance, texture, or appearance.
- Incorrect orders placed by customers.
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Failure to read product descriptions before purchase.
3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during delivery
- Defective
- Incorrectly delivered
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with:
- Your Order ID
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the package received
Once verified, we may offer a replacement for the affected product at our sole discretion. Refunds are generally not provided.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
